Practical information

In-person appointments can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

I see patients at the scheduled time, with no wait. Appointments are usually 25 or 45 minutes, but other arrangements can be made.

Fees, Insurances

My fees are considered "reasonable and customary" by most insurance networks.

I am not a participating provider with any insurance. I do provide receipts with all the information insurances or health spending accounts may need in order to provide reimbursement, for "out-of-network" benefits. 

Fees can be negotiated in certain situations.
